Execute Accept Dispute Failed

The Execute Accept Dispute Failed assignment prompts the agent to accept the dispute via Visa Resolve Online (VROL). This assignment is only for Visa disputed transactions.

How to complete the assignment

1. Click the Retry Accept Dispute Visa Service button.
     
2. Click the Process Actions button. 
   Note: Do not retry the action if the assignment loops.
   

If the assignment loops, log into VROL to manually accept the dispute. 

1. Access the Case Details then click the Respond button.
      
2. Set the Response to Accept Full.
   
   
3. Click the Submit button.
      
4. Return to QFD and click the Other Actions button (ellipses).
     
5. Select the Manually Accept Dispute option. 
     
6. Click the box to certify that the required steps have been taken.
      
7. Click the Apply button.
       
8. Click the Process Actions button.
