Execute PreArb Failed

The Execute Pre-Arb Failed assignment is generated when initiating pre-arbitration via Visa RTSI. This assignment prompts the agent to complete the action in Visa Resolve Online (VROL). This assignment is only available for Visa disputed transactions.

How to complete the assignment

1. Expand the assignment to review the error message displayed by QFD
   • Make the applicable corrections before continuing.
       
2. Click the Retry Create Pre-Arb Via Service button.
       
   
3. Click the Process Actions button.
   Note: If the assignment loops do not retry the assignment.

If the assignment loops, log into VROL to manually execute pre-arbitration.

1. Access the Case Details then click Issuer Action.
   
   
2. Select Other Dispute Actions and then select Initiate Pre-Arbitration.
   
   
3. Return to QFD and click the Other Actions button (ellipses).
   
   
4. Select the Execute Visa Pre-Arbitration button.
   
   
5. Click the box to certify that the required steps were taken.
   
   
6. Click the Apply button.
   
   
7. Click the Process Actions button.
