Review Conditions

The Review Conditions sub-flow is used to review the response from the Get Associated Transaction List call to determine if associate review is required.   When the error of "Invalid combination of AssociatedTransGroupId and RolTransactionId" is returned from the service call it means the RolTransactionID has expired and the dispute moves back into the Visa Enrichment flow to refresh the RolTransactionID and the AssociatedTransGroupID.  All other errors outside no transactions found will prompt a user to review.  It is also possible that the only associated transaction is the authorization record or non-credit transactions.  In these scenarios no review is required and the selection will be automated.
