When funds are not fully recovered in an Encoding Error Response, this flow is executed. The system will generate a Review Encoding Error Response assignment, which will prompt the user to take one of the following actions.

This primary flow action will prompt the user to review the result of the Review Encoding Error recovery attempt and determine which of the following actions should be taken for any amount that was not recovered.
- Deny Dispute
- Write-Off
- Pursue other applicable recovery options available in the ATM Proprietary Recovery Strategy
