We need a couple pieces of information from them to set this up

• A public SSH key (typically RSA 2048) that you generate and retain the private key for

• A set of IP addresses that you will be coming from

• You should have these things for both staging and production

After receiving this, Quavo Infrastructure will provision you a userID and provide your endpoint.  You will use the userID and private key to connect to that endpoint.
