Go Live

According to your launch plan, we’ll go live to production on the agreed date, at the start of business. At this time, claims can begin to be submitted to QFD production.

We will schedule a 15 minute touch-base every day (or as often as schedules allow) in the weeks leading up to and the weeks following your Go Live to ensure that questions are answered and issues are resolved as speedily as possible.

All problems should be addressed via the Communication Center beginning at go live, but will continue to be supported by your PM.

Following our go live day, we move into the Quavo Certification period and continue to meet regularly, as often as needed.
