Quavo Certification
Once your initial products have gone live through onboarding, we’ll enter a Quavo Certification period, where we ensure that everything functions properly and as expected. This is a 30-day period in which the PM remains the primary support, and issues are submitted through the Communication Center for proper tracking.
In the Certification Period, we do not progress with any additional product development, we focus strictly on any updates or changes that need to be made to the existing live products.
At the conclusion of the Certification period, the live products transition to the CSM and support portal tickets are managed by the Support Team. At this point, all claims should be submitted in the Communication Center.
This is when post-production items can begin development, supported by the PM.
