Third-Party Print Vendor

Some clients come to us with an existing relationship with a print vendor, which is absolutely acceptable! We can deliver the letters to your vendor via SFTP, or via an API call, so that they can print and mail the letters.

If you’re contracting a third party, we’ll require a guide for their printing layout (margins, address block window, etc).

If something goes wrong on the vendor side, your organization would be fully responsible for resolving the issue and ensuring the letters went out according to regulation.
