Assignment Group PrioritizationÂ
Below is the recommended order Assignment Groups should be worked. Keep in mind that not all members of your team will have access to all groups. Additionally, consider the Assignment Groups that are applicable to your team based on your firm's configuration.Â

Curate Assignment Groups for users | It's important to pair your team member's skillset with the right Assignment Group(s). Giving your team the same Assignment Groups may be necessary, but if possible, separate groups by talent and knowledge to keep your team engaged. |
Create a buffer by working ahead | You may not want to wait until the last minute to submit a chargeback or review a representment. Work ahead by more than the next 7 days when capacity allows. |
Review Open Task volume to identify outliers and derive actionables | Are there one or two tasks that make up the majority of your volume? Review the Open Task box to find out! If you spot any outliers, it's time to take action. Do you need another team member to help out? Is this a system issue and does a support ticket needs to be opened? |
Determine how many days to act is acceptable for each assignment group | Using the dashboard to guide the work your team does is a stellar option but it's not the only one. You may find working off Next Recovery Date or Task Date in the All Tasks tab more useful. Use the All Tasks tab to monitor your team's work until they complete all tasks that meet the days to act deadline you've determined. |
Craft a routine for your team or for individual members on your team | Developing a routine for your team to follow can help with work efficiency. Follow our Assignment Group prioritization guidelines and determine how much volume your team should work each day. Put it all together in a consistent schedule.
