Follow

The follow tool provides a simple way to return to cases of interest at a later time.

To start following a case, click the Follow button in the Tools section at the bottom of the Case Assets panel on the right side of the screen.

The case will be listed in the Following section at the bottom of the Navigation Menu on the left side of the screen.

To follow a case, select the “Follow” button below the “Add Note” button. It will be available for quick access under the “Following” tab.

To stop following a case, click the Unfollow button that appears in the Tools section when a caseis followed.  The case will no longer be listed in the “Following” section .
