Pending Merchant Credit

Description	When the precondition in Merchant Credits is set to "Auto" this system assignment is displayed while the service is executed.
Details	This is a system assignment. No user action is required. Optionally, the following actions are available from the Other Actions menu. Cancel Merchant Credit will allow the user to exit the Merchant Credits flow. Skip to Manual Review will allow the user to skip the evaluation and review potential credits manually.
