Read New Correspondence Flow

Overview

The Read New Correspondence flow is executed in the Responses step of the Analyze stage when an inbound electronic message, such as email or a secure message, is associated with a case.  The Read New Correspondence Preconditions determines what path is executed.  The auto path is primarily used for handling system functions related to email association.  The manual path will generate a Read New Correspondence assignment, which will prompt a user to review the message and take appropriate action on the case.  The skip path will skip the flow altogether.
