Major Training Sessions

These trainings occur prior to UAT, once the development has completed. These aid in adoption and provide a way to gather resources and see results. Part of this process is to understand how the system works, get questions answered and request enhancements for later product releases. These must be completed in order, and all work related to them will occur in the staging environment.
