Overview

The Interest Calculation assignment prompts the agent to calculate the interest that should be refunded to the account holder if the dispute is paid. Interest can be calculated using the provided calculator.

Step 1: Click on the Interest Calculation button.

Step 2: Complete the calculator fields with the account's interest rate and the start and end dates of the interest accrual period per your firm's protocol.

Step 3: Click the Calculate button.

Step 4: Click the Apply button.

Step 5: Click the Process Actions button.
