Recovery Delay

Overview

When the dispute reaches the Disposition step in the Analyze stage, this flow is executed to enforce any required recovery delay. The following delays are configured.

Auto-Recovery Dependency Delay

When automatic recovery is enabled and one or more recovery option dependencies are not satisfied, the dispute will pend here, allowing time for the process to complete.  This aims to allow required actions like Fraud Reporting and Block & Reissue to be completed before dependencies are evaluated.
