5: Responses

Overview

An assignment is generated in the Responses stage when an account holder submits a document or email or requests their case to be re-opened or withdrawn. Responses tasks are also created when an intake user uploads a document or notes the case. The back-office user is prompted to review the message or file and take appropriate action on the claim.

The following pages document how to complete each of the assignments that will be present when an intake user or account holder interacts with the case.
