Visa Recovery Work

Overview

Visa's recovery process includes two workflows based on whether this claim is fraud or a dispute. The fraud workflow is known as Allocation and the dispute workflow is known as Collaboration. 

Users who work this assignment group will need to be familiar with response timeframes and what information needs to be included in each response. Additionally, users will need to know best practices when reviewing merchant documents.
