Alerts can be configured to make users aware of important case information, such as messages from the account system of record or an employee account indicator.

Alert Text	Description
Unduly Enriched Dispute	This alert notifies the user that dispute was filed on a credit transaction, which typically means that recovery will involve debiting the claimant for the amount owed.
