Overview
Intake users can view all the inbound and outbound correspondence on a case. The correspondence includes the case disclosure, outbound emails or letters to the account holder, and inbound emails from the account holder.

How-To
Step 1: Click View Communication.
Step 2: Review the information provided in the correspondence details.
- Letter Name: This is the title of the letter that was submitted.
- Channel: This the correspondence modality - Email, Mail, or Manual.
- To: This is the address the correspondence was sent to.
- Status: The Status indicates whether the correspondence was sent successfully or not - Failed or Sent.
- Status Date: This is the timestamp for when the correspondence was sent.
- Source: This is how the correspondence was sent - Workflow or User.
Step 3: Review the functions.
Click View Message to review the correspondence's content.

Click Download Message to save the file to your computer. This function allows you to print the correspondence.

Click Resend Message to send the correspondence to the account holder.

Respond to "Is it okay to send information to this address?" with No to change the channel and address for this communication.
