View Disputed Transactions

Overview


Intake users can view the disputed transactions on the case using this tool. The disputed activity is presented in the Transaction Table, as well. The key function of this tool is to allow users to add additional transactions to an open case if the claim reason allows multiple transactions to be disputed. 

Additionally, the ability to add transactions to an open claim is configurable, so defer to your firm's preferences to know if this function is available. 

If the account holder would like to add transactions to their claim but the option is available due to configurations, the intake user will need to create a new claim.

How-To


Step 1: Click View Disputed Transactions.


Step 2: Click the Dispute Additional Transaction(s) button.


Step 3: Select the transactions you'd like to add to the case then click the Submit button. 

If needed, use the Change search criteria button or the Manually add the transaction button if enabled. 


The additional transactions will now display in the Transaction Table. The account holder will receive a letter confirming the transactions have been added to their claim.
