Reissue Card

This assignment is generated in Manual Block and Reissue and prompts a user to issue a new plastic in an external system.

This assignment is applicable when there is a possible address discrepancy, such as when the account holder reported a possible accounting takeover or that the previous plastic was never received.  The block action is completed separately, usually by the system, and the reissue action is delegated to a user to ensure the plastic is shipped to the true party. The user may also skip this assignment through Other Actions.
