When the pre-condition in Clear Delinquency is set to "Auto", this flow is executed to complete the activity via an integrated service.  While the system executes the activity, a Pending Clear Delinquency Service assignment is displayed in the Account Maintenance step of the Execute stage.  If the service call is successful, the flow is exited and the Clear Delinquency is resumed.  If the service is unsuccessful, it will retry a predetermined number of times.  If the service continues to fail, a Clear Delinquency Service Failed assignment is generated and prompts a user to retry the service or complete the action manually.

Configuration

To configure the maximum number of service retries, update D_ImplConfig.ClearDelinquencyServiceMaxRetries.
