Checkbox (multi-selection)

These settings are used to let a user select one or more options of a limited number of choices.

Freeform

These settings require a specific text be entered. If this text value is utilized in UI an info icon ⓘ will be displayed within the Self-Configuration Application informing users how it will be displayed.

Dropdown (single-selection)

These settings are utilized when predefined options are available for a user to select one value from the list.

Currency

These settings are used for users to enter an amount and have it automatically formatted correctly as currency.

Tables

Table settings are utilized to enable multiple options for a specified setting.

For example, the Exclusion Table located on the Transaction top tab allows users to enable a variety of settings to exclude a claim from receiving automatic provisional credit.

Table within Table

Occasionally, settings are available that require a series of settings to be fully enabled. These settings allow users to add options to a table, and in doing so a modal is populated for users to enable specific required settings.

For example, on the Correspondence top tab Deny Justifications can be enabled for specific claim types and requires a freeform text field to enter the Deny Justification verbiage utilized in letters.
