OverviewÂ
The Overview tab has valuable information including details about the claim submission and disputed activity.Â
How-To
Case Details
The Case Details section provides information about the overall claim including the case status, how many disputes on the case have been resolved, and the created date and created by details.
Disputed Transactions
The Disputed Transactions section contains a transaction grid that allows users to view disputed activity details.
Transaction Grid
Users can edit the transaction grid to fit their preferences.Â
- Click the Fields button to reveal the customization menu
- Check/uncheck the desired data points
- Click the Fields button a second time to close out of the customization menu
- To save the user's edits, click the Default view button
- Select Save as new view
- Name the new view and click the Save button
- The view has been saved and the preferred data will be present in the transaction grid on all claims
Other Actions
Users can access additional options in the Other Actions menu to gather more information.Â
Dispute-level Accounting
The dispute-level accounting reveals the money movement for this dispute.
Additional Data
The Additional Data stores all the transactional data that we receive from the associations. Agents can look here for all the authorization and clearing data for the charge.Â
Dispute-level AuditÂ
The dispute-level audit reflects the work that has been completed on this dispute. Dispute-level actions include:
- Completing assignment work
- Marking a task as Unworkable
- Pending the dispute
- Assignment deadlines being met
Recovery
The Recovery option shows what recovery steps have been taken, if any. Details of recovery actions taken, analyst responses, and what information is passed to the Association is captured here. Â
