Overview


The Related Cases tool allows users to view a list of all cases associated with a particular account that were created within QFD. Advise the learner group when to review the related cases. For example, there may be a best practice to review all related cases that were submitted in the last 60 days because they may have helpful details that will support your work on the assigned case. 

Use a claim from an account holder who has multiple claims submitted to show this tool.
