ACH Good Faith Requests

After the NACHA timeframe has expired, a user may pend the claim and attempt a Good Faith request by sending the ACH Good Faith letter to the RFDI. 


Recovery Flow

The ACH Good Faith flow is a pending action where a user can pend the claim for 14 days to wait for a response from the RDFI. In the event a response is received the recovery action can be tracked.

Process ACH Return

This primary flow action prompts the user to execute the return in an external system and attest the action, along with a Notification of Change, has been completed.  The set return code is provided for the user.
