Provisional Credit Reversal Paragraph Issue - Withdrawal Request
|
Issue: when a claim with more than one dispute has provisional credit issued for one of the disputes through the Action Menu and a withdrawal request is submitted through the External Case Status Widget, the letter should include the PC reversal verbiage only for the disputes with PC.

- The Client Info rule contains an option to allow the User to generate a different Withdrawn letter based on the Credit present on the transaction.
- When the option is enabled:
- If the dispute contains a final Credit and the user selects Withdrawn as Deny Reason, the Withdrawn with Final Credit letter is generated.
- If the dispute contains a Provisional Credit and the user selects Withdrawn as Deny Reason, the Withdrawn with Provisional Credit letter is generated.
- If the dispute contains no Credit and the user selects Withdrawn as Deny Reason, the Withdrawn letter is generated.
- When the option is disabled:
- QFD only handles one withdrawn letter that references the Provisional Credit and Final Paragraph.
- (Regression) The User can resend the Withdrawn letter from the ComHub. The option to send a Final Credit, PC or, no credit is available.
- If the User is sending a Withdrawn letter from the ComHub and it is a Reg E Claim, the verbiage displayed to the user should be aligned
- If the user withdraws a Multiple Claim that contains disputes with and without credits, QFD should generate a letter according to the condition of the transaction.
- If more than one dispute has the same conditions, those disputes should be merged on the same letter.
- When the option is enabled and a claim with 2 disputes is initiated and PC is issued on one dispute through the action menu and a request to withdraw is submitted through the External Case Status Widget and the user accepts to withdraw the dispute, QFD generates 2 letters, once for the dispute with PC reversal verbiage and other for the no PC verbiage.
- When the option is enabled and a multi-dispute claim is initiated and PC is issued through the action menu for one of the disputes and the user selects denies the disputes from enrichment for Withdrawn, QFD generates 2 letters, once for the dispute with PC reversal verbiage and the other for the no PC verbiage.
- If No PC was issued and a withdrawal request was submitted through External Case Status the withdrawal letter does not contain the PC reversal verbiage.
- If PC was issued through Action Menu or Flow and a withdrawal request was submitted through External Case Status the withdrawal letter displays the reversal PC paragraph as expected.

Resolves a issue where the wrong PC reversal language was populating in the withdrawn letter by creating a client information setting to split the letter content.
