Fix Work Queue Inventory Report Not Loading

The Work Queue Inventory Report shows the largest dispute within a date range, but should show the top claim amount.

 [Reporting]
  1. Within the Workbasket Inventory Chart report:
    1. If the assignment is a claim level assignment the Top Dispute Amount field and Days to Recovery will be blank.
    2. When the assignment is a dispute level assignment, the Top Dispute Amount is available and the Top dispute Amount is displayed.

Updated the Work Queue Inventory to ensure dispute level assignment status are refreshed. Additionally the report has a new column added Top Dispute Amount. If the result is a  claim level assignment the Total Claim amount will display. if the result is a dispute level assignment the Top Dispute Amount will display.
