QFD Business Intelligence
Overview
Version 24.02 of QFD introduces new business intelligence features that allow managers to retrieve data and again insights about the performance of their implementation. This includes two new types of tools: Dashboards and Reports.
Tool Overview
Dashboards
All new data visualizations provide metrics that are useful for understanding how the system and its users are performing, as well as reporting common KPIs up through the chain of management and across functional teams.
Reports
The new reports source data from our Snowflake warehouse and provide an improved experience over the legacy reports that managers have become accustomed to. These reports load much faster and more reliably and can handle large amounts of data. The data can be easily exported for offline review and analysis.
Data Security
Snowflake holds several key certifications that underscore its commitment to data protection:
ISO/IEC 27001: This international standard specifies requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an information security management system (ISMS).
SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II: These reports provide assurance about the controls at a service organization relevant to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.
FedRAMP: For our clients requiring adherence to U.S. government standards, Snowflake is authorized under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program, ensuring a high level of data security for federal agencies.
These certifications demonstrate that Snowflake's infrastructure and operations meet rigorous security and compliance requirements, ensuring your data is handled with the utmost care and protection.
