Mastercard Case Filing

Overview

When pre-arbitration or arbitration is pursed in the Mastercard recovery strategy, this flow is called to execute the case filing activities.  If Mastercom is not configured, an Execute Case Filing activity is generated and prompts a user to complete the case filing actions via the Mastercom user portal.

When pre-arbitration or arbitration is pursed in the Mastercard recovery strategy, this flow is called to execute the case filing activities.  If Mastercom is not configured, an Execute Case Filing assignment is generated and prompts a user to complete the case filing actions via the Mastercom user portal.  If Mastercom is configured, a Pend Case Filing Service assignment is generated while a case is created via service call.  If the integration fails, a Case Filing Service Failed assignment is generated and prompts a user to perform the action via the Mastercom user portal or retry the service call.
