Visa Related Transaction

When a related transaction exists on a Visa claim, that transaction is evaluated to determine if enrichment is needed.  A related transaction is any other selected transaction that is not being disputed, such as the valid transaction in a duplicate charge scenario.  If the transaction meets the criteria for enrichment, the Visa Enrichment flow will be executed to retrieve the details.
