Pending Arbitration Ruling

While the system awaits a response in Mastercard Arbitration Ruling, this assignment is displayed.

The default action Record Ruling prompts the user to record the association ruling.  The user must provide the date the ruling was made and whether the association ruled in favor of the Issuer or the Acquirer

• When Mastercom is enabled, the user should not process this assignment.  When a response is received, the system will resume the flow accordingly.
• Additionally, from Other Actions the Withdraw action is available, which will resolve the assignment and execute the Withdraw flow.  Executing this action assumes full liability for the remaining recovery amount.
