While the system awaits a response in Mastercard Arbitration Response this assignment is displayed.

Details

The default action Record Acquirer Response prompts the user to record the response received from the acquirer.  The user must provide the date the response was received and whether the acquirer accepted or rejected the case.

  • When Mastercom is enabled, the user should not process this assignment.  When a response is received, the system will resume the flow accordingly.
  • Additionally, the following actions are available from Other Actions.
    • Reject - This action will resolve the assignment and follow the Reject path.
    • Withdraw - This action will resolve the assignment and execute the Withdraw flow.  Executing this action assumes full liability for the remaining recovery amount.
