When an inbound pre-arbitration is received, this pre-condition determines if the dispute is reviewed or automatically paid and written-off by the system.

Action DescriptionREVIEW The Review Inbound Pre Arb assignment is generated and prompts a user to review and take action. WRITEOFF The dispute decision is set to "Write-Off" and the dispute is automatically resolved.
