Pending Encoding Review Response

When the Encoding Error Review Response flow is executed, this waiting assignment is displayed in the Disposition step while a response is awaited.

Response Received

This primary flow action prompts the user to record the result of the Encoding Error Review recovery attempt.  The user must select from the following options:

• Accepted Full
• Accepted Partial
• Declined

Additionally, the user must provide the date that the response was received.

If the response is...

• "Accepted Full", Encoding Error Recovery Accounting is executed and the dispute is resolved as Paid.
• "Accepted Partial", the user will be prompted to enter the amount that was recovered, Encoding Error Recovery Accounting is executed, and the Review Encoding Error Response flow is executed.
• "Declined", the Review Encoding Error Response flow is executed.

The response is recorded in the Recovery Action History.
