Pulse Pending Dispute Response Assignment

Description	When a dispute has been submitted and a response is awaited in Pulse Dispute Response, this assignment is displayed.
Details	When the Pulse Dispute API is enabled, the system will automatically resolve the assignment when a response is received from the network. In a manual environment, a user must complete the Record Dispute Response action to record the response. If no response is received after 50 days, the assignment will automatically resolved and the No Representment Received flow action will be executed
