Execute 2nd Chargeback

The Execute Second Chargeback assignment is generated when the initial chargeback response has not completely resolved the claim. This assignment prompts an agent to complete the action in the applicable network application.  

How to complete the assignment

1. Click the Execute Second Chargeback button.

2. Submit the second chargeback in your firm's system of choice.
   
   
3. Return to QFD once you have verified that the necessary steps have been taken in the applicable network tool.
   
   
4. Check the box next to “I certify the above steps have been completed."
   
   
5. Click the Apply button.
   
   
6. Click the Process Actions button.
