Review Credit Voucher Assignment

Description

The Review Credit Voucher assignment is created when the merchant is offering the customer a voucher in the resolution of the dispute.  The associate should contact the customer to determine if the voucher satisfies the dispute and take action accordingly.

Review Credit Voucher

This primary flow action will prompt the user to answer the below question.  When the user answers "Yes" the customer's dispute will be resolved as denied and send the Credit Voucher Accepted correspondence.  Otherwise when the user answers "No" the dispute will proceed to send the chargeback.    

  • We have reached out to the merchant and they are offering a credit voucher to resolve your dispute.  Would you like to accept the credit voucher? (Yes/No)

SLA

Goal: 2 Days (Calendar), Date is calculated from the chargeback reject date.

Deadline: 4 Days (Calendar), Date is calculated from the date the reject is processed by QFD. On SLA deadline the application will call Mastercard to check on the status of the Credit Voucher.  Once it is updated as Processed it will move the dispute forward in the workflow as the chargeback has been processed.  QFD will continue to check this daily up to 6 calendars at which time it will move the dispute forward in the workflow as the chargeback has been processed.
