How to complete the Execute Arbitration Service Failed assignment

  1. Click the Execute Manual Arbitration button. 

  2. Follow the instructions provided in QFD to execute the arbitration filing in VROL. 

  3. Return to QFD and check the box next to "I confirm the necessary steps have been taken."

  4. Click the Apply button. 

  5. Click the Process Actions button.
