Visa Execute Arbitration

Overview

When arbitration is pursued in Visa Review Pre Arbitration Response, this flow is called to handle case filing activities.  The system will first check to see if RTSI is enabled.  If not, it will generate the Execute Arbitration assignment, which prompts a user to execute arbitration in an external system, such as VROL.  If RTSI is enabled, the Case Filing flow is called to handle the execution via the service.  Once arbitration has been executed, the Arbitration Response flow is executed to await a ruling from Visa.
