Review Item Processing Response

When the Pending Item Processing Response assignment is processed in the ATM Proprietary recovery flow, this assignment is generated and prompts a user to review the response and determine the next step.

Review Item Processing Response

The assignment will display the response and any details that were provided.  The user must select one of the following actions:

• Deny Dispute
• Write Off
• Pursue Other Recovery Options - this option allows the user to return to the Review Recovery Options assignment and pursue another recovery option available in the ATM Proprietary recovery strategy.
