Visa Collaboration Dispute Accounting

When a collaboration dispute has been submitted, this flow is called from Visa Collaboration Response to generate the necessary accounting adjustments.

• If an expected charge posted as a credit, the following accounting rules are both executed to debit the account holder and credit the merchant.
  • Merchant Charge Credited Account Holder Accounting
  • Merchant Charge Credited Merchant Accounting
• Otherwise, Chargeback Accounting is executed.
