Alt Network Review Arbitration

When the Acquirer does not accept the Alternate Network Arbitration, the user is asked to record the Lost Arbitration on behalf of the Issuer.

Association Ruling

This assignment asks the user to record the association ruling from the result of the arbitration.

• If the user selects Arbitration Won, the system resolves the issue as paid.
• If the user selects Arbitration Lost, the system immediately directs the user to complete the Final Investigation Flow by writing off or denying the remaining amount.
