Alt Network Arbitration

While awaiting a ruling in the Alt Network Arbitration Response flow, this assignment is displayed in the Disposition step.

Ruling Received

This primary flow action should be executed when an association ruling is received and instructs the user to record the ruling.

• If the user selects Arbitration Won, the system resolves the issue as paid.
• If the user selects Arbitration Lost, the system immediately directs the user to complete the Final Investigation Flow by writing off or denying the remaining amount.
