Attach Chargeback Documents

Description

This assignment is displayed in the Disposition step in the American Express Pending Acquirer Response flow once a chargeback is accepted by American Express and the user needs to attach chargeback documentation in Network Dispute Manager.

Details

Attach Chargeback Documents 

The primary action prompts the user to attach the documents in Network Dispute Manager.  It provides the below instructions.  Once completed the user certifies the action has been completed and completes the assignment.

  1. Access Network Dispute Manager
  2. Click Inbox
  3. Expand the Search section and enter the Transaction ID then click Search
  4. View the results and open the First Chargeback record then attach documents
