When RTSI is enabled and an inbound pre-arbitration dispute is responded to Visa Inbound PreArbitration Response, this flow is executed.  While the system executes the activity, the Pend SI Create DisputeArb Response Request assignment is displayed in the Recovery step.  If the system fails to successfully complete the activity, the SI Create Dispute PreArb Response Request Failed assignment is generated and prompts a user to complete the action manually or retry the service call.

Configuration

Update D_RTSIConfig.MaxServiceCallRetries to set the retry limit.
