Enhancement 23.x Version of QPS-7957 - Added Transactions Letter Layout

AddedTransactions letter should be formatted like all other letters using a decision tree of  DetermineContentLayout .
  1. When you generate AddedTransactions, the logo and other standard formatting is applied.

Updated the format of the Added Transaction Letter to ensure it matches QFD design standard.
