There is a Mastercard dependency that this question has to be asked but we are only asking it under the context if a credit voucher has been received.  We need to move this up to always be asked vs under the question of  What is the date on the credit voucher, transaction receipt, or refund acknowledgement? 

1. When a customer is disputing the reason of Cancelled/Returned Merchandise; the question of Were you issued a partial credit? is asked always asked in intake.
   1. Verify the question is displayed when disputing Merchandise
   2. Verify the question is displayed when disputing Services
2. When the question is asked in intake verify it is mapped to the dependency tree.

Updated the Mastercard Cancelled/Returned Merchandise questionnaire to always ask the dependency question "Were you issued a partial credit?"
