When a client is using Jack Henry Symitar and accounting is preformed, QFD should post ForcePostRequested flag in the request message so it can bring the account negative.

1. When accounting is performed the flag ForcePostRequested is passed in the request message and the accounting is successful. 

Added a Force Post Requested flag that allow accounting to be performed even if the accounting will result in a negative balance.
