  1. The pc_assign_completed table has the property and a index on accounttype and disputeamount.
  2. The pc_assign_created table has the property and a index on accounttype and disputeamount.

Resolves a issue with the completed/incoming dashboard views loading and is adding indexes on account type to improve performance of the dashboards loading.
